OUR FOUNDER

Temiremi Adesuwa Egwuenu, an ambitious 18-year-old visionary, serves as the Founder and CEO of Xponential Capital, an investment management firm established in 2019. Based in Sydney, Australia, she is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Applied Finance.

At the age of 17, Temiremi wrote her first book, "Castles In The Air." This book not only reflects her entrepreneurial spirit but also showcases her awareness of a pressing issue:

"There are many who believe that lofty technological ambitions of a better future are castles in the air. But they need not be. The knowledge to realise these ambitions is not lacking. What is missing is the desire to grapple with these challenges (the will) and the appropriate allocation of capital (the way). If these visions of the future are considered castles in the air by some, then the will and the way are their solid and certain foundations."
